Do You Suggest Giving Samples?
We always recommend giving samples, giving samples will assist you in make the first sale. This will help with converting sales and reoccurring sales. 

What is the Allergy Information?
While we take precautions to prevent cross contamination between flavors there is always a chance of trace that may occur. Our fudge and truffles are made on the same equipment that processes tree nuts, eggs, wheat and products containing soy and milk. 

Is the Fudge Guaranteed?
While Sweet Southern Spirit fudge is guaranteed, it is not a guaranteed sale. Fudge damaged in shipping or deemed unsuitable for sales will need to be returned to Sweet Southern Spirit within one week from delivery. Please email us at sales@sweetsouthernspirit.com or call us at  (931) 759-5531.

Is Fudge Perishable?
Our handcrafted fudge is made with real chocolate and spirits, hot temperatures may make our fudge too soft to handle. Only stores with relatively cool conditions should be considered for this product.

How Soon Will We Receive Our Order?
Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of confirmation of your order. Shipments will be sent from our business location in Lynchburg, TN.

How is Fudge Shipped
We ship fudge via UPS Regular Ground service. Upon receipt of your order businesses should make sure the fudge is brought down to room temperature before opening.
